Sick of my skin-looking for natural cleanser alternatives?

I hate my skin. That’s really all there is to it. I drink lots of water, keep my skin clean, and never touch my face, and my acne is still there. However, recently I took a visit to a health food store and saw some cleansers I am interested in, and today I am going to take another trip over there now that I have some money to spend.

My questions is-does anyone know of any specific brand of natural cleanser that would be found at a health food store (Not neutrogena and Clean&Clear or any of that crap) that work well at getting rid of acne and promoting healthy skin? Any specific types of soaps I might find there that I should try? Any natural ingredients I should look for?

P.s. -I use plain witch hazel from the store as an astringent with my normal routine.
Thankyou for your suggestions to go see a dermatologist, but I honestly cannot afford to do so.
