Anyone knows any herbal/natural medicine that helps regrow hair permanently without the need to keep using it?

I don’t want anything that you have to use to keep the hair, and if you don’t use it you lose it again, not that. I’m interested in a product that I will only need to use for a short period of time and see permanent result even when I’m not using it anymore.
